Artscape Theatre Centre congratulates our very own Inclusive Arts Unit Director, and South Africa’s iconic Thoko Ntshinga, on winning the Golden Horn Award for Lifetime Achiever at the 12th annual South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs). It was held on 22 and 24 March 2018 at Sun City Resort in the North West Province.
Thoko Ntshinga, is a South African actress best known for her roles as Donna Makaula on the M-Net soap opera Egoli, and as Senior Superintendent Nomsa Dlamba on the SABC1 drama series Interrogation Room, since 2005.
Her on- screen roles is not the only thing that landed her this milestone award in the Film and TV industry, it’s her continues behind the scenes contribution that was honoured with this award.
Says Artscape Theatre Centre’s CEO, Marlene Le Roux. “We know that she is very passionate about what she does and this award most certainly speaks to how much she invests in her craft.
