The YLTP is facilitated by the International Association for Human Values (IAHV). This programme is aimed at youth who are willing to make a difference and drive change within themselves and their communities. The YLTP runs for 18-35 year olds for 7-9 consecutive days in both residential and non residential formats.
Benefits include improved presentation & communication skills, stress / mental health management tools, leadership skills, work-readiness, and ability to make a difference in their communities.
The 4 core tenets of the Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP) are:

2) Enhanced emotional intelligence and mental fitness
3) Compassionate and dynamic leadership
4) Community upliftment
Graduates become ambassadors of stress relief for their communities and gain work-readiness skills through the programme and post-support.
