Words alone cannot capture the depth of our gratitude to those who choose Artscape as their theatre of choice. Your support fills our hearts with appreciation and joy, and even the biggest THANK YOU is only the beginning.
Cape Town, and indeed our country, is a vibrant melting pot of cultures, communities, and ethnicities. Artists remind us of our shared humanity and vulnerability, serving as the conscience of civil society. When a nation fails to prioritize its artists as the heartbeat of its people, it risks losing its moral compass. Artscape, together with our valued partners, continues to stand at the forefront of conversations and reflections on what our progressive Constitution represents.
The festive season is a time of reflection, renewal, and anticipation of the future. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026 as we continue our journey to become an all-inclusive home for all. Next year also marks Artscape’s 55th birthday as a building — a milestone we will celebrate with a bumper programme of creativity, inclusivity, and reflection.
