Ingcwaba lendoda lise cankwe ndlela
(The grave of the man is next to the road)

Using original songs and footage of the landscape along the N2 from Cape Town to the Eastern Cape, Ingcwaba lendoda lise cankwe ndlela takes the audience on a journey deep into the consequences of migration on the fabric of the family. Drawing strongly on the stories, images and ritual that surround these journeys up and down the N2 highway, it explores the constant physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual to and fro movement of young black South Africans.
