Best known for his TV series, best-selling books and extravagant stage shows, Nataniel has spent many years studying composition, piano and organ before leaving the world of serious music to build the unique career he now enjoys. On Monday, 30 April Nataniel will make his debut at the Suidoosterfees with Classic Nataniel. Backed by eight superb musicians – one jazz quartet plus one string quartet – he will perform music by composers from Bach to Faure to Ramirez, some of the world`s most beautiful hymns, and brand new songs he has composed himself. He will also pay tribute to a few great classics in the genres of world music, gospel, soul, jazz and pop. A true Nataniel event cannot be without a few unique tales or some breathtaking outfits by Floris Louw and CLASSIC NATANIEL will not dissappoint.
The underground municipal car park linked to Artscape is open for public parking from 17:00 on weekdays and an hour before the starting time of shows on weekends. It closes at 24:00. The parking fee is R21 and R13 for pensioners.Wheelchair Access
Limited facilities for wheelchairs areavailable in the Opera House and Theatre in accordance with safety regulations. Wheelchair seats can be booked at the Artscape Box Office, at any Computicket outlet, or through the Computicket call centre. Please note that the Arena is not wheelchair friendly. Toilets for wheelchair-bound patrons aresituated in the Marble and Chandelier Foyers of the Opera House and on the lower level of the Theatre Foyer. Limited parking bays are available for bona fide Disabled Parking Disc Holders in the tunnel area opposite the Stage Door entrance, and in the staff parking area. A drop-off facility is available in the tunnel area for patrons who have difficulty walking. Prior arrangements in all regards should be made with the Theatre Manager.
Parking is available in adjacent Wynberg Library parking area of the North East side of the park. Public can also utilise street parking that runs along the perimeter of the park but is requested to be sensitive to the needs of the residents in the area.Wheelchairs
