The Artscape Audience Development and Education (ADE) activities are based on five pillars:
- Promotion of accessibility
- Promotion of different art forms
- Promotion of social transformation
- Affirmation of diverse cultures
- Artistic development and job creation
Its programme of dance, drama, opera, music and the visual arts, promotes social transformation, good citizenship and empowerment through the arts.
The Artscape Resource Centre is an extension of ADE, providing the anvil where skills are forged and knowledge is transferred in line with SAQA accredited courses.
